Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are packed with love and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day. During sales, launches, and holidays, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you posted.

Shipping rates & delivery times

*Delivery estimates begin once your order ships and are not guaranteed. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status anytime under My Account.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier’s hands. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, or it shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date — we’ll do our best to help, including filing a claim with the carrier. Sunset Charmed is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the customer covers the new shipping cost.

No Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our metal stickers and phone grips are adhesive, personal accessories that can’t be resold once opened or applied, we’re unable to take items back. Please review product photos, descriptions, and your order details carefully before checking out.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item at no cost (or a comparable item if it’s out of stock). This is a replacement only — no refunds are issued.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you need to correct your shipping address, email us right away — we can update it as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Our Site uses SSL encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children’s privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product sizes are approximate. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & payment

6. Shipping & all sales final

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final — see our No Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including designs, product photos, logos, graphics, and text — belongs to Sunset Charmed or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. All third-party trademarks or brand names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners, and Sunset Charmed is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Reviews & user content

By submitting a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share it on our Site and social media (such as @sunset.charmed). Please don’t post anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights — we may remove content at our discretion.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt it, placing fraudulent orders, or reselling our products as your own designs.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunset Charmed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, including any damage to phones, cases, or other surfaces. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Discounts & promo codes

Only one promo code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Invoices

An order confirmation with a full breakdown of your purchase is emailed to you after checkout and is also available in My Account.

Applying your metal stickers

• Clean and dry the surface first — dust and oils weaken adhesion.
• Position carefully before pressing; the adhesive is strongest on the first application.
• Press firmly for 30 seconds and avoid moisture for 24 hours.
• Stickers work best on smooth, flat surfaces such as phone cases, laptops, and water bottles.

Phone grips

Attach grips to a case rather than directly to your phone. Avoid placing them over wireless-charging or MagSafe areas, cameras, or sensors.

Safety

Disclaimer

Sunset Charmed is not responsible for damage to phones, cases, finishes, or other surfaces caused by applying or removing stickers or grips. Results may vary depending on the surface. Our products are decorative accessories and are not designed to protect your device.
